Shipping Policy

Orders are normally dispatched within 24 hours and usually take 1-3 working days to be delivered based on your location from the order date. All orders outside Delhi/NCR will be delivered between 3-5 working days from the order date. 

The date of delivery for your order may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, pin code, method of delivery and the number of items ordered.

Exchange/Return  
Any products received as a wrong order or damaged are eligible for either an exchange or return.

Please inform us within 48 hours of receipt of order, if any exchange has to be made. Raise a request on myplushpaws@gmail.com with photos and details. Or call 

Exchange/Return will not be accepted after 5 working days from delivery of order.
