HOW ARE THE FRESH MEALS MADE?
The retort process is a method used to sterilize and cook fresh meals in sealed containers, extending shelf life while maintaining flavor and nutrients.
- Ingredient Preparation: High-quality proteins (chicken, fish) and vegetables are prepared and mixed.
- Filling Containers: The food is packed into sealed containers like pouches, leaving space for expansion.
- Sterilization: The sealed containers are heated to high temperatures (121°C-135°C) under pressure in a retort chamber, killing harmful bacteria and preserving the food.
- Cooling: After sterilization, the containers are rapidly cooled to preserve texture and prevent overcooking.
- Quality Control: The food is inspected for seal integrity, temperature, and overall quality.
- Labeling & Packaging: The finished product is labelled and packed for distribution.

DOI NEED TO REFRIGERATE IT?
No I don’t need to refrigerate it unless opened. The shelf life of our meals is 24 months when unopened and kept at room temperature.
However, once opened the food should be consumed within 48hours and kept in the refrigerator.
CANI FEED THE FRESH MEAL TO MY PUPPY/KITTEN?
Yes, fresh meals can be an excellent option for puppies and kittens. They are safe above the age of 2-3 months.
Puppies and kittens have specific nutritional needs for growth and development, including appropriate amounts of protein, fat, carbohydrates, vitamins, and minerals. Fresh meals are carefully balanced to meet these needs.
